How You’ll Work

• Location: Onsite – 6965 Northpark Boulevard, Ste K, Charlotte, NC 28216
• Schedule: Monday–Friday (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM)

• Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the salary wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position between $70,000-$74,500 per year. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.

• Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; prescription drug and telemedicine services; company-paid life and disability insurance; retirement savings with company match; paid time off, holidays, and parental leave; plus additional voluntary benefits and employee discounts.

• Additional Compensation: Total compensation may also include other forms of pay such as overtime or discretionary incentives, as applicable.

About the Role

 As the Manager-Warehouse, you’ll lead day‑to‑day operations at our Whirlpool facility in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you’ll oversee both warehouse employees and contractor personnel while ensuring products move safely, efficiently, and accurately through the facility. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory flow, and driver/installer performance, all while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. This position calls for a decisive leader with sharp attention to detail, the ability to problem‑solve quickly under pressure, and a commitment to operational excellence. Your leadership will be essential in upholding CRST’s promise of delivering safe, high‑quality, and dependable service to our valued partner, Whirlpool.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop: Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse employees while managing contractor drivers/installers
• Operations Oversight: Direct daily receiving, warehousing, distribution, and inventory functions with focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Contractor Accountability: Ensure contractors are held to performance and safety standards, supporting Whirlpool’s service expectations
• Safety & Compliance: Train staff, maintain OSHA records, and uphold a safe and compliant work environment
• Facility Management: Oversee warehouse cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and overall operational readiness
• Reporting & Communication: Deliver accurate reporting, coordinate schedules, and interact with clients and customers as needed

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Proven leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations
• Experience managing both employees and contractors
• Strong skills in scheduling, inventory, and reporting systems
• Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt to operational needs

Preferred

• Associate degree or applicable work experience with demonstrated success
• Experience supporting large national clients (Whirlpool or similar)
• Skilled in OSHA compliance, safety training, and equipment oversight
