  • Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed specifications for program development and manage comprehensive technical documentation.

  • Requirements Translation: Work directly with customers to convey implementation requirements and verify proper execution.

  • Collaboration: Engage with other engineers, customers, and stakeholders in the development of interface and interoperability standards/specifications, driving focused improvements and transitioning new capabilities and systems from development to operations.

Basic Qualifications

  • Security Clearance: Top Secret/SCI clearance (mandatory).

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or educational equivalent.

  • Experience: 5+ years in systems analysis, for example formulating/defining system scope and objectives for assigned projects and/or devising and/or modifying systems or operational procedures to complex technical challenges.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (MS Teams, SharePoint).

  • Communication: Strong written/verbal skills for technical documentation and presentations.

  • Work Style: Ability to manage multiple tasks in an agile, dynamic environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with systems engineering and enterprise architecture for high assurance communications systems.

  • Background in NC3 architecture/performance analysis and engineering design.

  • Knowledge of National Leadership Command Capability (NLCC) or Senior Leader Command, Control, and Communications Systems (SLC3S).

Experience collaborating with NC3 stakeholders including Air Force, Navy, NC3 Enterprise Center, USSTRATCOM, USCYBERCOM, Joint Staff, and OSD.
