Position Title: One SBS Business Excellence Sr. Manager (G4L2)
Reporting to: Sr. Director
Section/Department: One SBS (India)
Bringing together the multiple One SBS BUs (SBS/RS/IS) is a strategic pillar to drive growth of this Organization. It is key to provide unified experience to Alex (Clients) and Charlie (Participants), leading to high client retention and NPS, and drive efficiency in operations. We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive this convergence and elevate client experience while leading the Business Excellence function in One SBS organization in India, working across Service and Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
BPI leader for One SBS Service and Implementation - Product, Process and System improvements
Client care Drive client turnarounds. Support ops leaders with client escalations.
Improve partnership with Product
Enable and accelerate Service Model Optimization, etc.
Enhance Collaboration amongst One SBS teams to drive improvements.
Lead and participate in Cross BU Strategic Initiatives across ADP India
Desired Skill Sets/Experience
Excellent client facing and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management leveraging strong influencing skills.
Deep Knowledge of Payroll, Time and HCM platforms
Results driven with ability to work under high stress and ambiguous situations.
Flexible to work in US Client time zones.
Qualification:
Graduate or Postgraduate
