Job Family Summary:

The Research and Development job family includes a range of roles where you will have the opportunity to create and innovate, while managing our company's products. This job family is essential to delivering top-tier results for our customers and advancing our journey of improving everyday life.

    

As an R&D Scientist at the Band 1 level, you will support and assist in executing strategies within your team or organization. You will focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, category or team with clearly defined and narrow objectives. You will be guided by detailed procedures and well-defined precedents.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
  • Collaborate effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
  • Work under direct supervision, follow well-defined precedents and policies.       
  • Engage in learning opportunities and assist in change management initiatives for new processes under guidance.  

Job Qualifications

  • Master's Degree with 3-6 yrs of work experience in formulation and Fabric Care category     
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.       
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a supportive environment.      
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.       
  • A forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.
