Activities

Join the Finance team within TotalEnergies Marketing & Services in Mozambique! We are looking for a Finance Control Manager to strengthen our financial governance and compliance.

In this role, you will:

• Ensure compliance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and HSSE standards, promoting a safe working environment.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including flash andfinal results, and explain variances against budget and previous year.
• Manage accounting operations, including statutory financial statements and tax declarations, ensuring compliance with IFRS and US GAAP.
• Coordinate SAP-related activities for the accounting division andvalidatesystem changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders tooptimizefinancial processes and reporting.

Candidate Profile

📚 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.

⏳ Experience: Minimum 6 years in financial control or accounting.

🖥️ Technical Skills: Expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, SAP, budgeting, and variance analysis.

👉 Soft Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

🗣️ Languages: English and Portuguese.

📜 Certification: Accounting or Management degree.

📦 Specific Knowledge: Internal control frameworks, compliance monitoring tools.
