Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Dispatcher to join our stadium operations team. This role is responsible for coordinating and dispatching cleaning staff to fulfill client cleaning requests during events. The Dispatcher will also handle various office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $20.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities
- Dispatching & Coordination
- Receive and prioritize cleaning requests from clients during events.
- Assign and dispatch cleaners to designated areas promptly.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain clear communication with cleaning staff and supervisors.
- Administrative Support
- Complete office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining cleaning logs.
- Prepare event-related reports and documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and resource allocation for upcoming events.
- Customer Service
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Ensure high standards of service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience: Previous experience in dispatching, facilities management, or event operations preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn scheduling/dispatch software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, based on event schedules.
