Description
Property Portfolio Manager
Location: Pittsburgh (with some local travel)
Salary: $54,000-$65,000 annually

What You’ll Be Doing as the Portfolio Manager:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, providing regular updates on budgets, occupancy, and maintenance need
- Oversee tenant management, including inspections, lease compliance, late fees, and evictions when necessary
- Manage emergency repairs, including after-hours situations, ensuring issues are handled quickly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
- Ensure all properties in your portfolio are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for residents
- Balance office work with on-site property visits across your assigned portfolio
What It Takes to Succeed In This Role:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple properties and deadlines
- Solid computer skills and comfort with property management software
- Working knowledge of property management, leasing, and maintenance operations
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset—especially in high-pressure situations
Requirements For Portfolio Managers:
- Associate degree or higher in Business or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience in market-rate (conventional) leasing or property management
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Pennsylvania Real Estate License
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and background screenings
