Merchandiser Lead - FT

Position: Merchandiser Lead

On-site position: will service product in multiple stores and travel between them

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Location: Boynton Beach, FL

Reports To: Supervisor of Merchandising

Compensation:

• Competitive Wage $18 to include Travel time between accounts is paid.
• Referral Retention bonus after 6 months as defined in the Program details.

Schedule:

• Assigned stores are serviced on designated weekdays according to the established schedule.

 

Travel: Travel expected up to 100% of the time to cover territory

Requirements:

• 6 months-1 year merchandising experience required.
• Strong interpersonal

Summary of Responsibilities:
75% Merchandising

• Work within a retail environment to effectively merchandise products by applying appropriate store and/or corporate Safely and efficiently replenish product. May assemble shelves/racks and display cases following measurement guidelines.
• Service all stores as scheduled within the allotted hours provided by Supervisor. Seek prior approval from Supervisor before working outside of scheduled hours.
• Contact Supervisor before working more than 10 hours in a workday or
• Accurately record work hours and other company-related information using designated
• Discuss duties requested by store personnel not listed herein with Supervisor before performing those

25% Team Leadership

• May train Merchandisers on appropriate merchandising
• Back up to Supervisor and fill in Supervisor duties, as May be assigned to approve payroll and run a variety of reports.
