Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Experience Coordinator to support and enhance our client interactions. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless, professional, and positive experience for clients throughout their journey with our academy. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about delivering excellent service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests

  • Coordinate and manage client communications to ensure timely and professional responses

  • Support onboarding processes and ongoing client engagement

  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently

  • Assist in improving processes that enhance overall client satisfaction

  • Uphold company standards of professionalism and service excellence
