Key responsibilities:
- Prepare, adjudicate, and submit warranty claims accurately and within specified timeframes.
- Liaise with workshop, parts, and sales departments to verify repairs and ensure parts usage aligns with warranty requirements.
- Reconcile vendor and manufacturer warranty claims, providing regular reports and recommendations to management.
- Maintain and update warranty-related databases, repair order controls, and technical documentation.
- Provide technical support and information to workshop technicians, dealers, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures throughout the warranty process.
