Job Description

Analyses business processes, capabilities, functional requirements and user stories
Transfers requirements and user stories into system design and specifications
Models and documents Application and Data Architectures and its elements: logical data model, system roles, use cases, acceptance criteria, system logic and UI prototypes in cooperation with GUI specialist.
Manages non-functional requirements
Identify options for potential solutions
Maintains Application and Data Architectures in systems lifecycle
Presents and explains software design to business experts and product owners
Contributes to systems prototyping by UX designers
Prepares system documentation and provides presentations and trainings to business users
Supports tests, development, quality assurance, change management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience
Minimum 8 years of IT-relevant professional experience
Minimum 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile
or at a similar position
At least 1 certification among:

Certified UML Professional certificate at the intermediate level
an equivalent certification recognised internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)

Presents excellent command of English, at least at C1 level
Has participated in at least 1 full software solution development lifecycle.
Demonstrates strong knowledge of software functional design and UML modelling.
Proficient in defining system roles, use cases and workflows, business/system rules, logical data models, and UI forms and controls.
Possesses a solid understanding of system development methodologies.
Experienced with system modelling tools, including Sparx Enterprise Architect.
Exhibits excellent communication skills.
Demonstrates the ability to produce clear, well-structured documentation.
Shows strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
