Job Identification:
We are looking for a Finance Analyst- Promotion Management to be a part of our FSC OTC team located in Ankara, Türkiye.
What We Expect:
Improving, controlling and executing promotion management processes with the related functions in line with the operational, financial and strategic perspective of the company while sustaining internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Executing promotions in line with competition law, company's procedures and chart of authority while maintaining customer satisfaction through partnering with sales team.
- Attaching promotions (TPR, TPM, UTC, Bundling, Priceoff, Customer-Based Promotion etc.) into system by working closely with the Revenue Growth Management, Sales Finance and Sales departments.
- Defining the prices of product, bottle, pallet, promotion product prices to the system.
- Creating and managing the sales accounting related tables with compliance to the SAP module and ensuring the coordination with the related departments.
- Identify areas for improvement in promotion execution processes and contribute to optimization initiatives.
- Follow up on promotions by tracking approval timelines, ensuring accurate execution in the system to minimize financial risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from accounting, finance, economics or another business-related field
- Min 2 Years of accounting experience in pricing department
- Previous experience of ERP is essential and knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
- Excel spreadsheet skills, along with major experience of Word processing (Microsoft), mail products
- Key soft skills like effective communication and presentation skills
- Key requirements as Coordination, planning skills
- Proficiency both in Turkish language and English.
- Experience in Audit Companies is an asset.
