OVERVIEW:

Guidepoint Insights enables clients to make better-informed decisions through investor-grade surveys, expertly moderated teleconferences, and a growing transcript library. Our team combines former investment professionals, equity research analysts, industry veterans, and scientists to generate content that drives actionable healthcare research.

We are looking to add Medical Writers to join our team. This role is fundamental to ensuring our surveys are clear, structured, and analytically rigorous. Medical Writers collaborate with analysts to draft surveys to meet Guidepoint’s standards for neutrality, quality, and accuracy.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with analysts and moderators to develop clear, unbiased, and logically sequenced survey questions
  • Review survey responses from experts, synthesizing insights into slides and actionable takeaways
  • Monitor survey pipelines to ensure deliverables are on-time and aligned with quality standards
  • Contribute to the ongoing build-out of Guidepoint’s healthcare knowledge base

What You Have

  • Master’s degree (or PhD preferred) in Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in medical writing, healthcare research, or clinical/scientific communication
  • Ability to interpret and clearly present scientific and medical data for an investment audience
  • Strong command of written English; working knowledge of AP style and in-house editorial guidelines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration platforms
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working across multiple healthcare subsectors and learning new domains quickly
