Custodian

Pay: $19.00/hour                                      

Shift: 1st Shift Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm                                               

Location: Westpoint Blvd Mooresville IN 46158

Custodian

The Custodian maintains a clean working environment for all staff and visitors, ensuring all areas are safe. This position is responsible for product safety, quality, and legality.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean, mop, wash, buff, and vacuum floors.
• Empty trash receptacles.
• Maintain outside walk areas, including sweeping debris and washing walkways.
• Clean and polish fixtures.
• Track and order maintenance supplies.
• Clean windows.
• Dust and vacuum furniture.
• Remove recycling materials.
• Follow instructions and pre-defined guidelines to perform job functions.
• Work under immediate supervision.
• Perform general tasks.
• Does not typically exercise independent judgment.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Education / Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent education and 0--2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service driven.
• Strong team player.
