Job Description:

Job Summary
The OPS Administrator is responsible for managing and supporting day-to-day operational activities, systems, and processes, ensuring business continuity, operational efficiency, and reliable support to internal teams. The role works closely with IT, Operations, and Business functions to ensure smooth and effective operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor daily operational activities and processes
  • Administer and maintain internal systems and operational tools
  • Provide operational support to internal teams (IT, Finance, HR, Operations)
  • Monitor operational performance and identify issues or anomalies
  • Handle incidents and perform first- and second-level troubleshooting
  • Create and maintain operational documentation, procedures, and best practices
  • Support the implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Assist in managing vendors and external service providers
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, SLAs, and security standards
    Experience in Operations, IT Operations, or System Administration roles
  • Solid knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, or both)
  • Familiarity with ticketing, monitoring, and reporting tools
  • Understanding of operational processes and business workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
  • Ability to work varying shifts, additional hours, and or overtime depending on service needs
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
    Good English language (written and spoken)

Permanent contract

Working hrs: from monday to friday 6.00 am-2.00pm or 2.00pm-10.00pm
