  About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior RPA Developer with basic knowledge of UiPath to support our automation projects. The candidate will work with the senior RPA team to design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows. The ideal candidate should have good problem-solving skills, a willingness to learn, and a basic understanding of automation concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop simple automation workflows using UiPath

• Assist in designing, building, and testing RPA processes

• Troubleshoot issues and support bot deployment

• Work with business teams to understand process requirements

• Document workflows and maintain process-related documentation

• Follow best practices and coding standards

• Support existing automations and perform minor enhancements

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of UiPath Studio

• Understanding of Web Automation and Excel Automation

• Basic knowledge of RE Framework (good to have)

• Knowledge of Document Processing is an advantage

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Good understanding of software development basics

• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies

• Good communication skills (improvement expected if needed)

• UiPath Certification (Foundation/Associate) preferred but not mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
