Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a strong background in UX/UI Design to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to provide strategic insights and innovative solutions that enhance user experience and interface design across various projects. This role requires a blend of consultancy skills and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective UX/UI strategies.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with client objectives and user needs.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and project teams on best practices in UX/UI design.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure innovative solutions.
• Present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, articulating the rationale behind design choices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in conducting workshops and design sprints.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design and consultancy.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
