Pure Power is seeking a talented and motivated Artificial Intelligence Analyst to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be the driving force implementing AI technology and its practical applications in a  business environment. The successful candidate should be a detail-oriented and organized self-starter who can work with our internal experts to generate, organize, maintain, and refine the data that is used to train AI models. The successful candidate will utilize low/no-code tools to automate data processing and workflows.

Pure Power is an engineering firm specializing in designing big, challenging, and high-profile Solar PV systems. As a full-service engineering firm, we create the electrical and structural drawings and calculation packages for bidding, permits, and construction, as well as supporting the lead up to the full engineering drawings, primarily interconnection support and electrical/structural feasibility studies. An essential aspect of our design is the structural analysis of buildings and structures that support the solar PV system.

Responsibilities 

• Research and Application: Conduct thorough research on the latest AI technologies and trends.  Investigate new ways to apply AI in various smaller aspects of our employees' work, enhancing productivity and efficiency. 
• AI Model Training and Implementation: Use our company's data to effectively train AI models. This involves understanding the datasets, preparing them for training, and utilizing AI tools to create models that can add value to our business processes. 
• Collaboration and Knowledge Capture: Work closely with domain experts to capture requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions. Curate and structure technical content for effective retrieval and contextual understanding by AI models. 
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor AI performance and iterate on models, prompts, and workflows for better accuracy and usability. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, and make improvements. Participate in relevant workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.  
• Other tasks as assigned. 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline.  
• 1-2 years working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) preferred.  
• Advanced skills and experience working with AI models in Copilot Studio, Power Platform and other low-code AI automation platforms and tools. 
• Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills. 
• Self-motivated, with enough expertise to see what needs to be done next, make a plan, and execute. 
• Ability to work independently and complete multiple tasks effectively.  

 

Location

This position will be based out of our exciting downtown Hoboken, NJ Headquarters with the flexibility to work a hybrid in-office and remotely weekly schedule. We are next to public transportation options from NYC and Northern NJ. We also provide a parking spot for the days when an employee wishes to drive to the office and for those that utilize public transportation, we will cover the costs associated with traveling to and from the office.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience. We pay 100% of our employee medical, dental, and vision benefits costs, offer 401k matching, commuter benefits and much more.

Salary Range

$65,000-$85,000 Annually
