❗️Please note that this role is office based for Sofia, Bulgaria (51, Blv. „Cherni Vrah“, Office „X“).

We’re expanding our technical capabilities and looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Sofia Stars team. You will be working hands-on to troubleshoot API integrations and supporting partners. 

✅ Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve issues for game providers, operators, and internal teams;
• Analyse configurations, API flows, networking behaviour, and logs to identify root causes;
• Use Postman, MySQL, logs, and internal systems to validate end-to-end behaviours;
• Manage and prioritise a backlog of technical issues, ensuring clear and timely updates;
• Work closely with Engineering, Product, Integrations, TAMs, Delivery, and Account Management;
• Communicate professionally and directly with partners (providers & operators).

✅ Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in technical support or similar role;
• Strong understanding of APIs, JSON, networking fundamentals, and debugging methods;
• Experience with MySQL, log analysis, and tools like Postman or Kibana;
• High sense of ownership, structured communication, and problem-solving mindset;
• Strong English, written and spoken.

✅ Will be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming or API-driven integrations.
