- Responsible for overseeing all talents and performers engaged by the property, ensuring proper coordination, compliance, and performance standards.
- Handles talent sourcing, casting, and scheduling to support events, promotions, and operational requirements. Including all administrative tasks related to the functions.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding entertainment concerns
- Coordinate with talent and vendors on administrative requirements
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience
- Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance

- Recommend and book performers for F&B Outlets
- Recommend and book performers for Gaming events
- Recommend and book performers for B&M special events
- Work closely with the Procurement and Legal departments on formulating necessary documents for booking talents in a time-efficient manner
- Gather materials and information on local and international entertainment
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness and success of each performance
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of competitors’ entertainment information
- Oversee in-premise performances of contracted performers
- Coordinate with the Technical department for all technical requirements
- Coordinate with representatives of entertainers to ensure professional and on-time delivery of performances
- Source performers and arrange auditions for various entertainment requirements
- Attend to the needs and requirements of foreign and local performers who are engaged for in-house events
- Attend to and arrange for the hospitality requirements of foreign and mega artists
- Source, negotiate, and schedule performers as requested by the various outlets
- Recommend performers for various in-house events
- Generate necessary forms and documents related to booking performers
- Generate term sheets and booking contracts for performers requested by the various departments
- Create and manage a talent database
Requirements
- Experiences in Quality Management System
- Excellent English verbal and writing skills
- Good to excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience in processes and procedures involving talents
- Resourceful, Flexible, Compassionate team member and a leader
- Responsible and a good negotiator
- Ability to manage multiple talents and schedules simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with experience in documentation and contract handling
- Can keep documents efficiently filed and updated
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Must be resourceful
- Have a wide network in the local and international entertainment communities
