Roles & Responsibilities
•Collaborate with the GBS Service Management team to define and enhance service management practices across centers. •Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and presentation materials for various governance forums and leadership reviews. •Monitor and report on projects and ongoing initiatives to ensure alignment with Service Management goals. •Lead the periodic updates and maintenance of the service catalogue, relationship matrix, and QBR/overview presentations. •Work closely with Finance and Operations teams to streamline reporting, eliminate redundancies, and increase the efficiency of recurring tasks. •Manage support for GBS governance meetings, including preparing presentation materials and coordinating meetings. •Assist with ad hoc requests for the Central team as needed. •Gain a deep understanding of key metrics and the business structure/taxonomy within the GBS operating model. •Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational activities.Roles & Responsibilities
