Are you a Marketing student eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment? Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based at our Shakopee or Chanhassen, MN locations, you’ll join a collaborative marketing team supporting day-to-day activities across content creation, digital execution, campaign development, and administrative tasks. This role offers exposure to brand management, digital analytics, social media, events, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to impactful product launches and strategic marketing initiatives.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Including integrated, digital, and product marketing—to support the development and execution of strategic campaigns, while networking with cross-functional teams to align messaging and goals.
  • Contributing to the planning and execution of product launches, helping to coordinate assets, timelines, and promotional strategies that drive awareness and customer engagement.
  • Helping define audience segmentation, lead scoring models, campaign schedules, and the creation of targeted marketing assets that align with business objectives.
  • Identify trends, measure campaign effectiveness, and recommend process improvements. You’ll work with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or marketing automation platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed marketing reports by collecting, organizing, and summarizing performance metrics, conducting post-campaign analysis, and presenting findings to help guide future marketing strategies.

You have strong communication skills relating comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography.  You are eager to learn and apply your learning to new situations.  You work collaboratively, are results-oriented and have a strong customer focus.    

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree
  • Zero (0) years related experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or Entrepreneurship
  • GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Prior internship experience 
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
