About this role

Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first line of contact for potential customers in your region. You’ll manage and qualify inbound leads, use the right outreach sequences to move them forward, and when needed, run outbound prospecting into target accounts. By setting up strong next steps for our Field Sales, Partnerships, and mid‑market teams, you’ll help create high‑quality meetings, valuable opportunities, and a healthy pipeline that drives revenue.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and respond quickly to inbound leads (calls, live chats, contact forms), qualifying their needs against Infobip’s solutions and routing them to the right squad.

  • Identify customer segment, vertical, and business needs early in the conversation to determine the right go‑to‑market motion (direct or via partners).

  • Consistently meet response‑time service level agreements (SLAs) and apply the most appropriate contact sequences in Outreach based on lead source and intent.

  • Research and enrich lead and account data using class‑leading tools, ensuring Salesforce and our customer/prospect databases are accurate and complete.

  • Act as a pre‑sales checkpoint, making sure leads are properly qualified and ready for further engagement by Field Sales, Partnerships, or Mid‑Market Account Executives.

  • Build and maintain strong knowledge of the Infobip platform, use cases, and how we solve business challenges across industries.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline, providing ongoing feedback for process and campaign optimization.

What makes you a strong fit

  • Experience with lead development or prospecting, from first contact through qualification.

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or inside sales roles, ideally in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.

  • Strong sales‑oriented communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and uncover customer needs.

  • Solid negotiation and objection‑handling skills, even at early stages of the sales cycle.

  • Passion for creating meaningful connections and helping prospects find value in the right solution.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, comfortable working with metrics, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and outreach tools to drive results.

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Why you'll love it here • Financial rewards & recognition - A fair compensation aligned with your experience, industry, and market standards, performance-driven bonuses, regular reviews to support your growth and recognize your contributions, and a culture that values your impact. • Flexible work arrangements - We combine in-person collaboration with remote work and flexible working hours, because great ideas happen everywhere - and not always between 9 and 5. • ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) - As an Infobip employee, you’ll have the opportunity to share in our company’s success through stock options. • Work-life balance and Well-being  - We offer time off when you need it, special leave days for life’s big moments, and a flexible hybrid work model tailored to local regulations. • Career mobility - Your career is a journey. With internal mobility, upskilling, and mentorship, we help you shape your path.  • Professional development - Learning never stops. Onboarding, mentorship, and training programs help you grow - no matter where you start. • International mobility - Ready to take your career global? Explore short and long-term opportunities in our Hubs worldwide.  While some benefits may vary by location, our goal remains the same: to support your growth, well-being, and success - wherever you are.
