We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven marketing professional to join our Tokyo office marketing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support business development, and drive engagement with key stakeholders in the investment banking sector.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen Houlihan Lokey’s presence in Japan.
Hold creative ideas beyond conventional ideas, build actionable plans, and involve appropriate stakeholders.
Take proactive approach to identify key issues to strengthen the firm’s brand.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Collaborate with global marketing teams to align regional strategies with corporate objectives.
Create high-quality marketing materials tailored for financial clients.
Develop industry insights, whitepapers, and market analysis to position Houlihan Lokey as a thought leader.
Work closely with investment bankers to craft compelling narratives for client engagement.
Manage website updates, SEO strategies, and digital campaigns to enhance visibility.
Oversee social media engagement, particularly on LinkedIn and financial forums.
Utilize data analytics to track campaign performance and optimize marketing efforts.
Work with the team to plan and execute high-profile events including conferences to strengthen client relationships.
Coordinate exclusive networking opportunities for key stakeholders and investors.
Develop targeted outreach programs to engage institutional clients and corporate executives.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Provide strategic insights to investment banking teams to support business development.
Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes impacting financial marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in financial services or investment banking.
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and corporate branding.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Japanese.
Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
