The Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team to help bring data maturity to our operations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s visibility into metrics across corporate performance, product groups, and sales teams. You will fully own the organization of Letter AI’s data in Databricks, Salesforce (SFDC), Tableau, and other platforms as our customer base scales.Your key responsibilities will include:

• Build and manage scalable data infrastructure and automated workflows within Databricks to support rapid company growth
• Act as the primary technical partner for the GTM team, integrating Salesforce data with our data lake and using Reverse ETL to push insights back into the CRM
• Architect the transformation layer using dbt to turn raw data into clean, documented, and version-controlled datasets
• Leverage AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate SQL/Python development and perform deep-dive predictive analysis
• Design and maintain automated Tableau dashboards to provide real-time visibility into KPIs for executive and departmental leadership
• Establish data governance and integrity processes to move the organization toward a reliable single source of truth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, modeling, and automation
• Proven experience managing data flows and schema design within Databricks and Salesforce
• Expertise in using AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to supplement and accelerate coding and analysis
• Ability to build data processes from scratch and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical findings into actionable business insights
• Preferred: Hands-on experience with dbt, Fivetran, and Reverse ETL tools (e.g., Census or Hightouch)
