DESCRIPTION:
Join our HR Operations team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where continuous improvement and innovation drive everything we do. As Team Leader in our HR Colleague Services group, you'll lead a dedicated team delivering crucial HR lifecycle administration activities within our Shared Service Centre. This role combines hands-on HR operations with leadership responsibilities, focusing on employee lifecycle support from pre-hire through termination.

You'll manage essential services including employee onboarding, job changes, terminations, and personnel file maintenance while ensuring high customer satisfaction through our case management system. This position offers opportunities to implement process improvements, mentor team members, and partner with HR stakeholders across the organization to deliver exceptional service in line with our commitment to making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Advanced Degree with no experience required, or Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in shared services environment
• Preferred Fields of Study: HR or related field
• 1+ years of direct leadership or team lead experience
• Solid understanding of HR administration processes and legal requirements for applicable countries/regions
• Proficiency in English required; additional language skills as applicable
• Strong expertise in HR systems including Workday, SAP, and ServiceNow
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in data analysis and presentation
• Demonstrated experience in process optimization and project management
• Strong case management and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellence in written and verbal communication
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience in performance management, coaching, and team development
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
• Track record of building collaborative relationships across all organizational levels
