Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with experience in data architecture, integration, and analytics. The primary objective of this role is to design, develop, and maintain data systems and pipelines that ensure the efficient processing, storage, and analysis of medium to large datasets. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement solutions that enhance data accessibility and usability. This role requires a strong foundation in data engineering principles, problem-solving abilities, the capacity to work with various data formats and structures and ensures data integrity and security.
Essential Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Integrate data from various sources, including Salesforce Non Profit Cloud, external API’s and raw flat files.
• Develop and maintain data models and data warehouses using Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across systems.
• Document data processes and provide training to end-users.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• Proficiency in Snowflake, Python, SQL, and Tableau.
• Experience with Salesforce Non Profit Cloud or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, Salesforce) are a plus.
