POSITION SUMMARY
Responsibilities- Participate in payroll preparation
- Support the HR team with daily tasks
- Assist and participate in trainings
- Coordinate employee engagement surveys
- Organize internal events
- Coordinate performance evaluations
- Support recruitment from advertising vacancies to interview candidates
- Participate in implementing and creating hotel policies
- Mentor and coordinate HR trainee
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
- Confident communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
- Experience in the hotel industry
- Experience in luxury environment
- BKK public transport pass after probation (after 3 months)
- SZÉP Card after probation (after 3 months)
- Commuting support for employees from outside the city
