Employment Type: Contract (US Hybrid-EAST COAST) KATBOTZ is seeking an experienced Source-to-Pay (STP) Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end procurement and payables solutions. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, procurement, finance, and IT teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient STP architectures across sourcing, contracting, procurement, invoicing, and payments. Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Own the end-to-end STP architecture , covering sourcing, contract management, procure-to-pay (P2P), supplier management, invoicing, and payments
- Design scalable, secure, and compliant solutions aligned with business and IT strategy
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution designs
- Define integration architecture between STP platforms and ERP, finance, tax, and third-party systems
Implementation & Delivery
- Lead or support implementations of STP platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Oracle, SAP)
- Provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle (discovery â design â build â test â deploy)
- Review configurations, customizations, and integrations to ensure best practices
- Support data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities
Governance & Optimization
- Ensure solutions meet security, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements
- Define standards, design principles, and documentation
- Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Support continuous improvement and platform enhancements post-go-live
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay / Procure-to-Pay solutions
- 5+ years in a Solution Architect or Lead Functional/Technical role
- Strong hands-on experience with one or more STP platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Oracle Procurement)
- Deep understanding of procurement, sourcing, contracts, AP, and payment processes
- Experience integrating STP tools with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of APIs, middleware, and data flows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a US-remote, client-facing environment, with flexibility and willingness to travel onsite to client locations as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with global rollouts and multi-country compliance
- Knowledge of tax, e-invoicing, and payment regulations
- Cloud integration experience (e.g., SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Boomi)
- Certifications in relevant STP platforms or enterprise architecture frameworks
