Key Responsibilities:

Manage and scale a team of Investment Sales Consultants

Drive sales strategy, KPIs, and performance reporting

Coordinate with Sales Coach and Contract Unit

Improve lead conversion and deal value

Ensure consistent closing of high-ticket deals
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a sales team in Dubai
- Background in investment, real estate, or high-value services
- Strong leadership, discipline, and accountability mindset
- Ability to close deals personally when required
- Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
