What’s the role?
We’re looking for a proactive and delivery‑focused Project Lead / Business Analyst to manage a diverse portfolio of internal and external change initiatives, driving outcomes that create tangible value for the business, our people, and our customers.
As part of the Business Lending Operations (BLO) – Portfolio & Change (P&C) team, this role plays a critical part in shaping and delivering change across the BLO ecosystem. You will lead projects end‑to‑end — from discovery and impact assessment through to implementation and post‑release review — ensuring initiatives are delivered smoothly, safely and with strong governance.
What do I need?
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving capability
- Skills in requirements gathering, process mapping, and problem solving.
- Experience in governance, project risk and issue management
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working.
- Experience contributing to multi‑stream or cross‑functional initiatives.
