In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Build and maintain effective day-to-day relationships with key retail channel partners—including Ace Hardware, Blain’s, Fleet Farm, and others—to understand their needs and support sustainable growth.
- Serve as an internal champion for the Craftsman line of wet/dry vacuums, filters, and accessories by advocating for resources to drive the business forward.
- Lead strategy and sales execution, including line reviews, product launches, and promo proposals.
- Prepare and share weekly and quarterly sales reports using partner-supplied data to keep internal teams informed about performance and trends.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to develop and deliver presentations for both internal updates and external business discussions.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product line and competitive landscape, continually enhancing your market knowledge.
- Develop presentations and contribute to critical business unit and corporate meetings as needed.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A combination of relevant experience and education that equips you to succeed in account management, sales, or a related field including a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or related field.
- Experience supporting customer relationships and sales activities in a business environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to interpret and use data for forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent service to partners and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
- Flexibility to travel as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Advanced education such as an MBA or coursework in business or marketing.
Experience working within the retail hardware channel or a similar retail-focused environment. - Strong organizational and written communication skills with confidence in delivering presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to work, demonstrating reliability and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to generate creative, customer‑focused ideas and solutions.
