-     Entry level lawyer providing legal support to the America’s region under frequent guidance and direction from senior legal team members.
-    · Performs research on assigned practice areas and summarizes findings to support decision making.
-     Reviews, analyzes and summarizes documents and other materials.
-    Collaborates closely with regional generalist lawyers, CoE teams, and cross-functional teams to manage legal risk and support business objectives.
-    Assists in reviewing and negotiating customer contracts within the region.
-     Handles routine legal matters in collaboration with the relevant CoE teams and escalates complex matters as appropriate.

-    May assist in complex Projects during opportunity or execution stages under guidance. Including advising on contractual risks, and supporting change management activities.
-    May participate in a practice area Working Group, in support of and in collaboration with the responsible GC and, where appropriate, the relevant CoE.
-    · Champions a positive, team-oriented approach, building strong relationships across legal and business teams. Actively seeks out opportunities to contribute to projects and supports initiatives that drive strategic and meaningful impact for the organization.
 

Requirements:

- Requires a Law degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one Worley jurisdiction, to the extent legally required in the relevant jurisdiction.

- Preferred 1-4 years of relevant experience with potential for growth.

- Experience in a global or matrixed organization is an advantage

- Familiarity with legal systems, technology tools and AI
