Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. You will act as a Platform Technical Project Manager, leading a cross-disciplinary team to deliver complete e-motor systems from requirements to validation.
2. You will drive the team to meet higher system or vehicle-level performance, efficiency and quality targets, while using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to master complexity and trade-offs.
3. You will steer system integration, guarantee on-time milestones, and serve as the primary technical link between our German headquarters and the local team—uniting cultures and expertise to reach shared goals. The solutions developed in China will be scaled and exported worldwide, turning local innovation into Bosch’s global competitive advantage.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Master or above in electrical or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
2. More than 2 years working experience in automotive Traction drive system or Suspension system development.
3. Excellent knowledge with Automotive System development methodology (V model development).
4. Excellent knowledge on model-based system engineering and associate tool environment.
5. Good knowledge on system architecture buildup and decomposition till components level.
6. Basic project management knowledge, PMI certification preferred.
7. Excellent English skills and capable to interact and explain e.g. from Germany to CN local team.
8. Could bridge German engineering depth and Chinese market speed; make global-scale decisions in real time.

3.精通汽车系统开发方法论(V 模型开发流程)。
4.精通基于模型的系统工程及相关工具环境。

6.具备基本的项目管理知识,拥有PMI认证优先。
7.优秀的英语能力,能够胜任跨文化互动与解释说明工作。
8.可以连接德国工程深度与中国市场速度,实时做出全球适用的技术决策。
