University degree (Bachelor or equivalent), preferably in business administration with a focus on information technology. • Knowledge: Agile Project Management in IT area Scrum Skills, experience working in a Scaled agile environment Very good skill with MS Office Suite Good Jira and Confluence skills Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus Politically savvy and excellent in stakeholder management Fluency in English, any further language is a plus • Skills: Continuous learning willingness and ability in a fast moving environment. Very good ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. • 8+ years of professional experience, notably in the SuccessFactor's area. • Used to and willing to work in and with agile teams SAP SUCCESSFACTOR ARCHITECT – G7/ G8 Skills required • SAP SuccessFactors: Platform, SAP Cloud, BTP, Story Reports, SuccessFactors EC and minimum 2-3 other modules, preferably Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0 • Integration: SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP Cloud Integration (CI, formerly CPI) • Optional: ServiceNow HRSD and Platform skills • Optional: OpenText skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. • Ability to exchange ideas and information effectively in a concise and logical way. Driving budget and cost-effective planning and design. • Excellent consulting, communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at various levels. • Proven experience in full project lifecycle implementation, from requirements gathering to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
