- Analyze workflows through time studies to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Lead Kaizen events and implement Lean methodologies to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate robotics and smart systems into production.
- Forecast production needs and optimize resource allocation for maximum output.
- Monitor operational metrics to meet targets for cost, quality, and delivery.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Align objectives between production, quality, and supply chain teams to streamline processes.
- Guide the adoption of new technologies and best practices for continuous improvement.
Must-Have:
- Bachelors degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing environments, focusing on process improvement
- Proficiency in Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies

- Ability to analyze manufacturing workflows and identify efficiency improvements
