In Team Agent Products, we build experiences that make Hemnet the obvious choice for real estate agents across Sweden. Our mission is to create the best possible conditions for successful sales, stronger relationships, and new business opportunities.
You’ll work in a clear B2B context, shaping the experience of how users and agents find each other, connect, and move forward together.
We’re now looking for a Product Designer who is comfortable leading discovery, translating insights into impactful solutions, and being a strong voice for our users – while balancing business goals and technical feasibility.
This is a parental leave cover starting April 1st, for approximately one year.

What you’ll do
In the Agent Products domain, we’re responsible for the tools and experiences that help agents succeed on Hemnet. You’ll help us to:
Make it seamless for visitors to contact an agent – and easy for agents to follow up
Improve the experience of finding the right agent through Hemnet’s agent search
Develop marketing products that help agents and offices stand out and reach future customers
You’ll lead discovery and design work end-to-end – from research and insights to polished user experiences, advocating for both agents and visitors throughout the process. Working closely with product managers, developers, and analysts, you will:
Plan and run continuous user research, combining qualitative and quantitative methods
Turn insights into clear problem definitions, hypotheses, and design direction
Design user flows, prototypes, and intuitive interfaces with strong attention to detail
Contribute to and evolve our design system and UI patterns
Facilitate workshops, collaborate with stakeholders, and actively share learnings within the design community
Define success metrics, run experiments and A/B tests, and follow up on impact to drive continuous improvement.
We work in small, cross-functional teams of PMs, developers, analysts, and product designers. We collaborate closely with our users through frequent testing and a constant flow of qualitative and quantitative insights. Our approach mixes fast iterative product development with strategic projects that move from hypothesis to experiment and launch – always learning openly from our results.
Who you are 🤩
A confident design/UX generalist who enjoys leading discovery and staying close to the craft of UI design
A strong advocate for the user who can clearly explain trade-offs when conversion, revenue, and user value intersect
Experienced in hypothesis-driven design, measurement, and experimentation – without losing sight of the bigger picture
Fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written), and comfortable in Figma (or similar), prototyping, and design systems
Bonus if you’ve worked with B2B products, strong stakeholder management experience and worked with experimentation.

Hi! I’m Andreas, Head of Product Design at Hemnet. We’re now looking for a Product Designer to help us create the best possible experience for all the real estate agents out there, a role where you’ll combine strategy, research, and sharp UI design for a product used by millions of Swedes every week.
I lead our Product Design team of 13 full-stack designers and researchers – a group that’s both highly skilled and genuinely kind. We support each other, keep learning, and stay curious about topics like AI and how it can strengthen our design process. We work closely with Product, Tech, and Data in cross-functional teams, with a strong focus on creating real user value while balancing business goals.
As a manager, I’m ambitious and curious, and I love helping others grow. I try to create clarity and direction, while giving freedom and space for individual initiative. My colleagues describe me as driven and forward-thinking – but most importantly, as someone who truly believes in the power of the team.
I’m looking for someone communicative and confident leading through design; comfortable managing many stakeholders and driving initiatives from early discovery to polished UI. If you’ve also explored how AI can support design, that’s a big plus.
