Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets. Managing and motivating a team of sales representatives. Building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Monitoring market trends and competitor activities. Preparing sales reports and forecasts. Ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or complaints.

Job Requirement:
Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends. Negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
