In this position... 

As an Enterprise Technology Financial Analyst, you will serve as a key partner to the ET team, overseeing month-end close and forecasting processes. You will collaborate with ET Directors to review finance scorecards and play a critical role in spend decisions, including year-over-year cost analysis for software and service contracts. Additionally, you will develop business cases to prioritize investments and work with IT operations to provide data-driven scenarios and business planning insights

What you'll do...

  • Close books each month and prepare CAT 1 forecasts
  • Conduct monthly reviews with IT Directors (LL2) and create finance scorecards
  • Understand pre-paid and accrual accounting – update financials accordingly
  • Create journal data for the FBS team to load into SAP
  • Provide quarterly input for 10Q/K 
  • Understand SAP (Project and GL)
  • Approve and track Ariba Purchase Orders
  • Review and understand SAP investment projects (Capital/Project Expense)
  • Work closely with IT operations to understand and provide scenarios for forecasts
  • Collect and understand Business Planning data
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Purchasing teams to review Purchase Orders, analyzing year-over-year cost changes for services and software contracts
  • Attend weekly meetings with the IT Controller to review Purchase Orders based on established thresholds
  • Create and review business cases to prioritize investment decisions
  • Act as the financial "controller" for the IT Operations Department

You'll have...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Three years of professional experience in finance or a related field
  • Proficiency in forecasting, financial modeling, journal entries, and budgeting within a finance setting
  • Strong analytical and accounting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to build and foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders across departments
  • Proactive and solution-oriented problem solver
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 and ranges from $63,480-162,120.
