About this role
DNV is seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Strategic Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our cybersecurity and digital assurance portfolio across North America. • Partner with service line leaders, technical experts, and product managers to refine current offerings and shape new service innovations that meet market needs.
• Elevate DNV’s presence through thought leadership—representing the business at industry events, webinars, conferences, and through strategic partnership engagement.

• Promote DNV’s comprehensive cybersecurity assurance portfolio, including ISO/IEC 27001 certification, privacy and AI governance standards, digital trust assessments, SOC 2 services, and CMMC readiness and assessment offerings.
• Identify and pursue high‑value opportunities across key verticals such as manufacturing, healthcare, technology, energy, maritime, and financial services.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with CISOs, compliance leaders, quality executives, and senior decisionmakers across North America.
• Create compelling proposals, pricing strategies, and executive presentations that showcase DNV’s technical depth and high‑assurance methodologies.
Internal Collaboration & Operational Alignment
• Work collaboratively with global and regional audit teams, technical specialists, and delivery organizations to ensure seamless client experience and consistent execution.
• Provide actionable market insights to help evolve DNV’s services, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen market relevance.
