About the role:
We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to build and extend our Automate product. The product is a part of the 3Shape ecosystem and provides users with automatic design proposals for various dental products. The core value of the team is to provide high-quality designs in a fast and reliable manner. As a team, we are responsible for all aspects of our product, including the user interface, backend, algorithms, and infrastructure. We maintain a friendly, balanced work environment that prioritizes mutual respect and individual growth. We value proactive thinking and encourage team members to drive positive changes.
As the majority of teams at 3Shape, the team utilizes the Agile methodology as its primary approach to software development.
Areas of responsibility:
Develop and improve the Automate product across both the frontend and backend
Build and maintain reliable user interfaces and backend services using C# and ASP.NET.
Integrate algorithms, including neural networks, to deliver automatic design proposals
Support and enhance product infrastructure using Azure and GitHub Actions
Ensure product performance, stability, and high code quality
Participate in the full development cycle: design, implementation, testing, and release
Collaborate with distributed teams in Copenhagen, Kyiv, and global partners
Contribute to Agile processes and propose improvements to architecture and development workflows
To succeed in your role, you should possess the following skills and competencies:
3+ years of software development experience
Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles and design patterns
Passion for new technologies, and empathy for users
A degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Attention to details, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Familiar with Scrum or another agile framework
Strong collaboration and communication skills and good in written and spoken English
Excited about cross-site work: Your team is in Copenhagen and Kyiv and our partners are around the globe.
Would be a plus:
Experience working in cross-functional teams; with product managers, designers, and UX’ers
Experience with Angular
Experience with web-based development using HTML/HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code
Experience working with 3D frameworks
Experience with writing unit tests
Experience with automated web UI testing frameworks
Experience in Agile development and continuous integration tools
