As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling the digital presence of a fast-growing healthcare and dermatology brand. This role combines creative storytelling with performance-driven execution, focusing on building strong audience engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across social platforms. You will own the end-to-end social media strategy—from content ideation and creation to analytics and paid promotions—while working closely with marketing teams and healthcare professionals to ensure accuracy, relevance, and impact. The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, understands visual-first platforms, and can balance creativity with measurable growth.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, research, and create high-quality content including graphics, short-form videos, reels, captions, and stories across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Threads
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule through well-structured content calendars and timely execution
- Deliver daily short-form video content and periodic creative assets aligned with brand goals
- Track trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant
- Manage daily social media activity including posting, community engagement, comment moderation, and audience interaction
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse content effectiveness, and optimise strategies to improve reach and engagement
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
- Optimise ad performance to maximise ROI, leads, and brand visibility
- Collaborate with internal teams and subject-matter experts to align messaging with business objectives and healthcare standards
- Set performance targets and continuously refine strategies to support growth and visibility
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing social media platforms for brands, preferably within healthcare, wellness, or dermatology
- Strong command of English with the ability to craft compelling, audience-friendly copy
- Proven expertise in content research, planning, short-form video editing, and visual storytelling
- Experience creating engaging reels, creatives, and performance-oriented social media content
- Working knowledge of performance marketing, including Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and translate insights into action
- Highly organised, self-driven, and comfortable working independently while meeting deadlines
- Creative thinker with a growth-oriented, target-driven approach and strong attention to detail
