This is a fixed-term contract until September 2028.

HOW YOU'LL IMPACT.

Expertise that ensures operational excellence. You act as an experienced and reliable partner across key HR operational topics for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You work in a close tandem model with the HR Operations Coordinator, serving as a trusted sparring partner in day-to-day operations. You independently manage complex or non-standard HR cases and ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient execution of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Ownership of complex HR operations topics. You take ownership of advanced contract-related matters and coordinate closely with Employment Law to ensure legal compliance. You support leave-of-absence programs, employee relations topics, and on- and offboarding processes, contributing to a consistent and high-quality employee experience.

Collaboration across functions and networks. You work closely with Payroll, Finance, Employment Law, and international HR teams within Inverto and BCG. You bring enthusiasm for contributing to project-based work, such as office openings and other regional or global HR initiatives. In addition, you act as Inverto’s main point of contact for Senior Executive HR Management topics.

Workday expertise and process improvement. You serve as a Workday expert for HR Operations, ensuring data accuracy, supporting system enhancements, and contributing to system-related initiatives. You proactively identify improvement opportunities and support process implementations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.

A university degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in a relevant field and 3–5 years of professional experience in HR Operations, ideally in a dynamic, international environment.

Advanced knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Strong hands-on experience with HR systems, ideally Workday, including data management and system-related topics.

Confidence in independently managing complex or non-standard HR cases.

A structured, solution-oriented working style with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Very good communication skills in German and English.
