About the role
We’re looking for a driven, organized, and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on a 6-month contract as we scale across multiple global markets. This role is for a true go-getter—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of outcomes, and knows how to deliver top talent across diverse roles and regions.
If you’re energized by building pipelines from scratch, juggling multiple searches at once, and partnering closely with stakeholders to hire great people, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process end-to-end: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and closing
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously across various functions, levels, and global markets
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies tailored to different regions and talent pools
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and deliver timely, high-quality hires
- Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
- Track recruiting metrics, maintain accurate ATS data, and stay highly organized in a high-volume environment
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and hiring needs as the business scales
Qualifications
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally across multiple geographies or markets
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball
- A determined, self-starting mindset—you don’t wait to be told what to do
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a global team
- Experience recruiting for a variety of roles (technical, commercial, operations, etc.) is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting a distributed workforce
- Exposure to payroll processing, benefits, or vendor management
- Fluency in one or more non-English languages
