- Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression and seamless spa experience.
- Handle spa reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and guest inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Provide clear explanations of spa treatments, packages, promotions, and pricing to guests.
- Coordinate therapist schedules, treatment rooms, and inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage payments, billing, guest feedback, and SOP compliance while maintaining a clean and organized spa reception area.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service (DW experience acceptable).
- Strong communication skills with fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Service-oriented mindset with good understanding of spa services/products or willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate well within a team.
- Well-groomed and professional, with basic computer and cashiering skills preferred.
