Your tasks

• Design and deploy Microsoft Conditional Access Policies (CAPS) within a cloud infrastructure

• Validate policy changes non-disruptively utilizing 'Report-Only' mode and 'What If' simulation tools

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Microsoft Azure identity management and security configurations

• Facilitate and lead technical workshops to align security policies with project requirements

Must have competences

• Microsoft Azure Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a deep focus on Conditional Access Policies (CAPS)

• Proven track record in the design and deployment of Microsoft Conditional Access Policies (CAPS)

• Demonstrated ability to validate policy changes non-disruptively using 'Report-Only' mode and 'What If' simulation tools

• Availability to start a 6-month engagement from mid-February 2026

• Flexibility for occasional onsite workshops at the client's office location

Nice to have competences

• Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications, such as AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer Associate) or SC-300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator)

• Extensive experience in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) within large-scale enterprise environments

• Previous experience leading technical workstreams and conducting design workshops for senior stakeholders

• Strong understanding of zero-trust security principles and their application within Microsoft Azure

Additional information

The role involves minimal onsite presence for occasional workshops, with the remainder of the work performed remotely.
