We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Sarraco Crane Division located in Langley, BC. Our ideal candidate will represent Sarraco Crane Division with a strong positive attitude and a drive to succeed; all in an effort to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Principle Responsibilities
- Supporting the Service Supervisor on the day-to-day crane service operations.
- Provide excellent customer service, promoting a positive customer experience, and ensuring all customer needs are met on-site.
- Enters all orders and inquiries, which are processed in a timely manner.
- Supports ongoing sales support activities, such as quotations, follow-up quotations etc.
- Driving the part orders and inventory organization.
- Maintains an accurate database and order documentation – update customer information as required.
- Proactively contacts the customer to promote products and services to meet/exceed daily outbound call goals.
- Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers and the Service Supervisor.
- Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
- Supports Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence.
Required knowledge and training
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Previous experience working with or supporting crane operations is considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Must be organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
- Driven to reach sales goals and learn new skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be currently living in the area
