Compensation: £30,000 - £35,000 / year
Description
As a Finance Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in transactional tasks and data input that support monthly financial reporting.Key Responsibilities
• Supplier invoice processing• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing of subcontractor invoices / certifications
• Timesheet input / review
• Data entry
There would also be an expectation that the role will assist with any other ad hoc project work that may arise
Experience and Qualifications
- Ideally holds an AAT Level 3 Diploma, but would consider AAT Level 2 Certificate or relevant experience
- Experience in double-entry bookkeeping, basic costing and an understanding of pur-chase, sales and general ledgers
- Good communication skills and ability to take direction as part of a team
- Computer literate with strong excel capability
- Able to support with data analysis
