Sales Coordinator

This position plays a key role in managing order files and finished product inventories across various mills. You’ll Do:

• Manage transportation logistics to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Foster clear and effective communication between mills and the sales department.
• Collaborate with mill teams to forecast production schedules and proactively resolve issues.
• Generate sales lists based on current inventories and production forecasts.
• Monitor and ensure timely order flow and shipment accuracy.
• Coordinate closely with sales, documentation, and mill shipping departments to deliver products efficiently and accurately.

What we offer: 

• Competitive salary with annual bonus potential (based on location, education, and experience). The typical salary range for this position is $70,000 - $83,000.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, pension and savings plans, life and disability insurance, vacation, paid holidays, and wellness support.
• Relocation assistance may be provided.
