About this role

Your mission

  • Assist with accounts payable, vendor communication and contract renewals.
  • Maintain office facilities and filing systems up to date and working smoothly 
  • Handle multiple suppliers including negotiating prices and proposing cost-effective options
  • Handle correspondence, calendars and expense reports
  • Handle travel-related requests for the team and executives, including booking flights, hotels, meals, and transportation, while managing last-minute changes.
  • Provide administrative, IT guidance and assist with ad hoc projects.
  • Interact with other local office functions at the larger JA Solar community

Your profile

  • Degree in Administration, HR, or related fields (technical or university level).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with customer service and/or administrative tasks.
  • Experience handling domestic and international travel is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.  Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Native Spanish and high-level English (tested).
  • Prioritization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, take initiative and handle operational tasks hands-on. Reliable, service-oriented and a good team player.
