Your mission
- Assist with accounts payable, vendor communication and contract renewals.
- Maintain office facilities and filing systems up to date and working smoothly
- Handle multiple suppliers including negotiating prices and proposing cost-effective options
- Handle correspondence, calendars and expense reports
- Handle travel-related requests for the team and executives, including booking flights, hotels, meals, and transportation, while managing last-minute changes.
- Provide administrative, IT guidance and assist with ad hoc projects.
- Interact with other local office functions at the larger JA Solar community
Your profile
- Degree in Administration, HR, or related fields (technical or university level).
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with customer service and/or administrative tasks.
- Experience handling domestic and international travel is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to quickly learn new software.
- Native Spanish and high-level English (tested).
- Prioritization, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team, take initiative and handle operational tasks hands-on. Reliable, service-oriented and a good team player.
